Shanghai Hengshan (Group) Corporation, founded in May 1988, is supervised by Shanghai SASAC investment. We run mainly the business of hotel management and also offer the services for leisure, apartment leasing, automotive service. We are also an important reception base of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.

The group owns ten main enterprises, including Shanghai Broadway Mansions Hotel (five-star), Hengshan Hotel Hengshan Picardie Hotel (five-star), Hotel Equatarial Shanghai (four-star), The Langham Yangtze Boutique Shanghai (boutique hotel), Astor House Hotel (country famous old hotel & three-star), Hengshan Moller Villa Hotel (boutique hotel), Hengshan Resort (three-star), Wanping Hotel，Hengshan International Development Limited, Shanghai Hengshan Automobile Ltd Co. and Hengshan Group Hotel Management Company. Among them, the Shanghai Broadway Mansions Hotel, Hengshan Picardie Hotel, The Langham Yangtze Boutique Shanghai, Hengshan Moller Villa Hotel and Astor House Hotel are all well-known with a long history of more than 70 years in Shanghai. Moller Villa Hotel also is the protected national historical object.

Shanghai Hengshan Group hotel management company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the group company. We run the hotel management business on behalf of the Group. In 1994, we became one of the first 18 national professional hotel management companies approved by the China National Tourism Administration. In the past decade, under the principle of "responsible for the owners to achieve win-win", the management company has entrusted with the responsibility of managing nearly 50 star hotels around 10 provinces and cities in the country. It has the China Tourist Hotels Association award for three consecutive years as "National brand of China's Hotel Industry."
